Delivery
We deliver in France and Europe.
how does the delivery take place?

We prepare your order within 24H/48H (this period may be extended in the event of high demand).

Once prepared, your order is sent by La Poste within 2 to 3 working days in France and in the main European cities (indicative time frame sent by La Poste). Allow up to a week for other destinations.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. www.laposte.fr
Returns
You can make a return (only for non-personalized jewelry) by respecting these conditions:
- Return costs are your responsibility.
- Please complete and attach the form inside your return.
- The jewelry must be new, never worn.
- The jewel must be in its original packaging and intact (without laughter or scrabble)
- The return must be made within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service by email: contacte@elipes.fr
- For hygienic reasons, earrings and piercings are not eligible for reimbursement.
- Engraved, fade or personalized jewelry is not returnable.
We do not make any returns, exchanges or refunds for personalized jewelry except in the case of a damaged order .
Once your order has been delivered, you have 3 days to report a damaged order to our customer service via the following address:

(please attach a photo to your email).
After this period (3 days), any complaint or request will be refused.
